We have implemented and maintained the PN-EN ISO 9001:2015-10 Quality Management System for the production of decorative car air fresheners.
- Pricing - Use the quotation calculator or contact your account manager.
- Project - download the appropriate die-cut or ready-made template, prepare the design according to the guidelines (vector version file, CMYK)
- Order - provide details for invoice (tax ID, address), shipping details with courier phone number, parameters of the pendant (shape, fragrance, rubber band color, number of fragrances, etc.) and the finished design.
- Confirmation - The sales supervisor sends the production version for approval and a proforma. Once the proforma invoice is paid, production begins.
Promotional hang tags - Minimum order is 100 pieces, possible individual shape also from 100 pieces.
FreshCar - Retail orders, with no minimum quantity, we process from 1 piece, wholesale orders for intermediaries - from 1600 pieces.
We have a database of more than 2,500 ready-made die-cuts (including ready-made shapes for blisters). We can also prepare a dedicated shape. Customized die-cuts are charged extra - according to the current price list.
The maximum size of the pendant within our price list is 94×69 mm - larger dimensions are priced individually or are marked in the base with the symbol BIG SIZE.
Files should be vector version in PDF, CMYK color scheme. Avoid small fonts and details; all graphics, logos or licensed motifs must be used in accordance with copyright - the client is responsible for the content of the project. Download the file preparation guidelines.
We offer a wide selection of aromas - 35 unique fragrances, including 10 fragrances that are copies of women's and men's perfumes. Among the most popular choices are: New Car, V8 (Black), Mango, Orange, Bubble Gum, Vanilla, Green Tea and Bergamot. The most popular women's perfume fragrance is Amour, and the most popular men's fragrance is One Dollar. The choice of fragrance is an individual matter, so we offer the possibility to order a sampler. Contact us and ask for a sampler (paid shipping - according to the price list).
Yes - the price includes a split of up to two fragrance compositions. Each additional composition within the same order is associated with an additional fee (according to the current price list). Each fragrance is selected in multiples of 100 pieces, a possible division into 2 fragrances is available from an edition of 200 pieces.
Fragrance release time depends on the type of pendant, the strength of the chosen fragrance, the level of saturation with the composition, environmental conditions and the way of use. As a reference point, it can be assumed that 1 ml smells about 2-5 days; 2 ml about 7-10 days; 3 ml about 10-15 days. Premium and Exclusive pendants give a better release of fragrance. To extend the life of the fragrance, do not remove the pendant entirely from the package - the barrier film is opened gradually, adjusting to the preferences of the recipient of the fragrance. For example, our FreshCar branded pendants are Exclusive pendants with a 5ml saturation and a fragrance release time of 24 to 30 days, depending on the selected fragrance.
We use fragrance compositions that comply with EU, IFRA standards; the pendants are packaged in a barrier film with warnings to avoid contact of the pendant with upholstery, plastic and eyes, and to protect the product from children and animals. When used properly, they are safe, but they are not eco-friendly products - the foil and chemical aromas hold the scent for up to 3 years; the blister itself, once removed from the foil, can be recycled.
The lead time is calculated from the moment all parameters are confirmed and the payment is credited on the basis of the sent proforma. Estimated production is:
- Up to 7 working days for batches of up to 2,000 units
- Up to 10 working days for batches of up to 10,000 units
- Up to 15 working days for batches of up to 20,000 units
- from 16 working days for larger print runs
Exclusive pendants, pendants with blister extend the lead time by about 2 days, and new shapes - another 3 days. We take a flexible approach to fulfillment, we always give the first available free date taking into account the parameters of the order and production occupancy.
We send parcels by courier cooperating with FRAGRANS - the cost depends on the number of cartons. It is possible to pick up by a courier indicated by the customer or personal collection from our headquarters in Lodz. We do not send parcels cash on delivery; in the case of collection by the customer's courier, the risk of damage passes to the recipient at the time of delivery. Parcels are protected with stretch and reinforced with transport straps.
Yes, we offer to order a prototype with the chosen fragrance composition and graphics - it allows you to assess the color scheme and quality of production. For larger projects, it is worth ordering a sample batch (e.g. 100 pieces).
The ordering party should check the quantity and quality of the pendants within 3 days after receiving the shipment. Complaints are accepted in writing from the authorized person who placed the order in question. Defective pendants should then be sent back to the address: FRAGRANS, Dunska 1B, 91-204 Lodz, Poland. If the damage occurred during transport, it is necessary to write a damage protocol in the presence of the courier.
Due to the personalized nature of the pendants, it is not possible to return the goods, so please carefully check the design and parameters before approving your order.
Yes, we ship pendants to customers throughout Europe. For exports, please contact via email: export@fragrans.pl. The shipping time depending on the country is 2 to 4 working days, we ship by DPD courier, you can have another courier pick up.
In order to confirm an order for processing, prepayment is required before production begins. Once the payment is credited, production will start.
Yes, we print full color on both sides. We execute the order on the design prepared by the customer on our template, or we can adapt for a fee the graphics sent to the desired shape or price individual preparation of the design.
Blister is a cardboard box with a euro-hole, which allows you to conveniently hang the pendant on sales hooks. This is an optional feature that you can add to your order.
Yes - you can hang the pendant also at home or in the office (for example, in the toilet or other closed space without excessive air circulation), if you follow the rules of safety, the pendant will hang freely without contact with other objects (except for the attachment - rubber band), beyond the access of children and animals.
Yes, for advertising agencies and printers we prepare individual offers. We require you to send your company registration documents. We also cooperate with stores, gas stations, wholesalers and other outlets for our own brand of FreshCar pendant, for intermediaries making regular orders, we have prepared a special wholesale offer.
Yes, we also provide flowpack packaging services and precise soaking of products with fragrances. Thanks to our state-of-the-art machinery, we pack up to 2 million pieces per day and handle a variety of products, such as gift cards, magnets and collector cards.
