1. Prepare the project - you need to prepare a design according to our guidelines applied to the template of the die-cutter, the designs are checked automatically by the system and any difference results in rejection of the file and requires the intervention of a graphic designer, which involves additional waiting time and additional cost. We can help you prepare simple designs, but we do not have a design office, we mainly produce according to the customer's sent ready-made designs.
2. Choose any shape from our database of over 2,500 die-cuts - Contact us for a full base of shapes. It is also possible to prepare an individual shape. Preparation of a new shape extends the lead time by about 3 days.
3. Choose the type of tag - Premium or Exclusive. Customers for private label for sale most often choose Exclusive pendants with at least 3 ml soaking. The pendants differ in the material they are made of and the thickness of the pendant, which affects the amount of possible saturation and the time the fragrance is released.
4. Choose your fragrance and soak - Choose from 35 fragrances possible to soak from 1 to 5 ml, depending on the type and size of the pendant (for Premium pendants from 2 to 4 ml, for Exclusive pendants from 2 to 5 ml). For sales products, we recommend choosing a minimum of 3 ml soaking. Fragrance release time ranges from 3 to 30 days, depending on the chosen composition, the type of pendant, the amount of soaking and how the product is used.
5. Choose your rubber band color - Choose from 16 available colors. You can divide the rubber band color by fragrance in your order for quick identification of the pendant you are handing out.
6. Choose the type of film - Foil with or without warning. The foil without warning is chosen when the contents of it are on the blister, an additional label, or the ordering party signs a statement of another form, in which he will provide the user with the necessary information on the use of the pendant.
7. Optionally select blister - is the ideal finish for a private label product to allow display on a hook at the point of sale. When ordering a blister hanger, choose a shape in a vertical arrangement in a width smaller than the width of the blister by at least 3-5 mm and a maximum height to match the selected carton shape. The appropriate blister should be consulted with the sales department before preparing the final product.

When we are preparing a private label that we plan to market for sale, it is worth thinking about how our product will be displayed. The ideal solution is a blister - that is, a cardboard box with a euro-hole to which a tag is attached and which allows us to display it on hooks or sales tape. However, some customers choose to display in boxes. We can help you with this as well. We price projects from 500 pieces of boxes, their pricing depends on individual parameters.
