Placing orders and pricing
1. The quotation is prepared by sales supervisors, please contact the supervisor appropriate for the province or the FreshCar brand supervisor, in the contact section you will find a list of provinces, telephone and email contact, along with the offer the customer receives detailed terms and conditions, these general terms and conditions are only an excerpt from the terms and conditions. 2. By placing an order, the customer simultaneously accepts the regulations in their full version, so please read carefully all the attachments sent by the sales supervisor.
3. The maximum dimension of the standard pendant with the customer's graphics is: 94×69 mm, above this dimension the pendants are subject to individual pricing depending on the size of the project after presentation of the design.
4. The minimum order quantity with customer's own graphics is 100 pieces, the allowable order quantity is a multiple of 100 pieces, this quantity also applies to the minimum quantity and multiples for the number of fragrance compositions and designs within 1 order.

6. From the moment of placing an order, the customer automatically agrees to the processing of personal data by FRAGRANS, based in Lodz, 1B Danish Street, for the purpose of order processing.

Die-cutters
1. We encourage you to use our base of ready-made die-cuts. Currently in the base we have more than 2,500 shapes, including various blister die-cuts, the selection of which, please consult with the sales department. Get to know our die-cutters
2. We can prepare almost any shape of pendant (except the proprietary Christmas tree shape and car air fresheners with very narrow elements that could break or break in the production process) or blister for the customer.
3. It is possible to make an exclusive die-cut, which we send back to the customer with the order.

Preparation and approval of the project
1. All detailed printing information is included in the file "File preparation specifications", which is sent by the sales supervisor at the first inquiry.
2. We do not take responsibility for files prepared not in accordance with the above-mentioned specifications.
3. Files should be prepared in CMYK mode (8 bit per channel). If you provide files in RGB or PANTONE color scheme, they will be automatically converted to CMYK color scheme, for photos a minimum resolution of 300 DPI, we also sensitize to too small font and other characters/details that may not be visible on the print.
4. The right to use trademarks, trademarks, licenses and other legally protectable elements in the performance of the order remains with the Customer, who is fully responsible for legal defects arising from the content of the delivered designs, including any infringement of copyright and other rights of third parties.

Ordered goods
1. We would like to inform you that during the realization it is possible to shift the graphics - tolerance +/- 1 mm.
2. Prints after soaking in the fragrance may differ slightly from the colors shown in the design visualization.
3. The classic attachment of the pendant is a rubber band - there are 16 colors to choose from.
4. The estimated time of fragrance release with proper use of the pendant (the pendant should not be removed entirely from the package from the first use, the barrier film should be disposed of gradually) is 3 to 14 days and depends on the temperature and humidity of the air, the chosen composition, the type of pendant and the level of saturation (ml).
5. The customer has the opportunity to make a prototype (several pieces in the selected design and one composition) - the prototype package reflects the quality of execution of orders for the final realization of a maximum of 10,000 pieces.
6. Car air fresheners are packaged in foil with a warning, if the customer chooses foil without a warning then the ordering party undertakes to inform its customers about:
  1. the need to avoid all contact of the pendant with plastics and upholstery,
  2. The need to protect from children and animals, and avoid contact with the eyes.
7. Packing car air fresheners in barrier film without a warning requires a written statement from the customer (does not apply to foreign orders and orders with a blister on which there will be such a warning).

Lead time
1. The lead time will be calculated from the final confirmation of the parameters of the order and may change from the date given at the first inquiry.
2. The lead time must be confirmed when placing the order and when confirming the execution of the order, estimated to be:
  1. Up to 7 working days for fulfillment of up to 2,000 pieces,
  2. Up to 10 working days for fulfillment of up to 10,000 units,
  3. Up to 14 working days for fulfillment of up to 20,000 units,
  4. From 16 working days for fulfillment of more than 20,000 units,
  5. Larger print runs and larger saturation (in the form of 2 or 3 ml) in 1 or 2 fragrances may result in the need to wait for the fragrance composition, in which case add 4 weeks to the lead time,
  6. The blister pendant extends the lead time by 2 days,
  7. A pendant in a new shape (from outside our database, which currently contains more than 2,500 ready-made free die-cuts) extends the lead time by an additional 3 days waiting for the production of a new die-cut,
3. For FreshCar brand products, the lead time is confirmed at the time of order and depends on the current availability in stock, the method of packaging to display the goods, the quantity and possible additions such as the distributor's own labels necessary to be applied to each product or bulk packaging.
4. We reserve the right to give a longer deadline than the above in the situation of full occupancy of the production line for the next 14 working days. The customer is given the first available date not less than the necessary time to produce a given print run, taking into account all orders accepted in parallel, which makes it impossible to reserve a date. The deadline is confirmed only after final confirmation of the order and booking of the advance or prepayment.
5. Fragrans is not responsible for events arising from fortuitous situations that may affect the final delivery date.

Delivery of goods
1. Parcels are sent by a courier cooperating with Fragrans for an appropriate fee (depending on the number of cartons), they can also be picked up by the Customer's courier or in person at the Fragrans headquarters in Lodz.
2. If the goods are prepared for shipment before the scheduled date, we inform the customer that the goods are ready, along with a request for permission for early delivery. We do not ship the goods early without the customer's consent.
3. In the case of collection of the goods by the Customer's own means of transportation (including the Customer's own courier), all benefits and burdens including the possibility of loss of or damage to the goods during shipment shall pass to the Customer at the time of transfer of the goods.
4. FRAGRANS is not responsible if the goods did not reach the customer on time for reasons beyond its control (such as a strike by the courier company).

Complaints
1. Complaints are accepted only in writing to the e-mail address of the merchant serving the customer in question within 30 days from the date of delivery (if the complaint relates to the project along with the application, please attach a photo).
2. Complained goods must be sent back to Fragrans headquarters - please send back the defective car air fresheners or the entire order.
3. If delivery is by courier then packages should be carefully inspected at the courier.
4. If the courier delivers damaged packages, the customer is obliged to make a damage report and check the quantity in the presence of the courier. Otherwise, complaints about the quantity or damage to the goods will not be accepted.
5. Any quantity shortages should be reported by the customer within 3 days from the date of delivery, after this time period, quantity complaints will not be considered.

Data Protection Information Clause
1. The administrator of the personal data is FRAGRANS Michał Stolarczyk, based in Lodz, 1B Danish Street.
2. Personal data (e-mail addresses, contact telephones and data necessary for invoicing) are collected by the company for the sole purpose of processing them for the execution of an order or service and for the purpose of providing commercial information.
3. The data will not be shared with data recipients as defined in Article 7(6) of the Law on Personal Data Protection.
4. The data subject has the right to access and correct the content of his data. There is also a right to object to further processing of personal data, which can be raised by contacting the relevant business supervisor at the company.
5. The data are provided voluntarily (via a form on the site, telephone or email contact with a FRAGRANS employee), but without providing them it is not possible to complete the order and cooperate with the company.
6. Receipt of commercial information is voluntary and indefinite.
7. We may also process your personal data because it is necessary for the performance of the contract entered into with you in connection with the performance of an order or service, including:
  1. to enable the sending of business offers and the resolution of any issues related to the commissioned work to the email address provided to the contact,
  2. To handle requests that are directed to us (e.g., via a contact form); to contact customers, including for purposes related to the provision of services.
8. In addition, we are required by law to process customer data for tax and accounting purposes.
9. We also process Customers' personal data for the purposes indicated below, on the basis of FRAGRANS' legitimate interest, which is: posting of business documents; settlement of payments made; handling of requests submitted, in particular, to traders and through the contact form; debt collection; conducting court, arbitration and mediation proceedings; conducting statistical analyses; storing data for archival purposes, and ensuring accountability (demonstrating our compliance with legal obligations).

Final provisions
1. FRAGRANS Company reserves the right to make changes to these regulations.
2. The purchaser agrees to include the pendant design in the manufacturer's portfolio, if you do not agree to this please notify us when placing the order.
3. These regulations come into effect on August 1, 2025.
